Meals and Free Time
Meals: The Art of Eating Well
Meals specially curated by Ashlee Millin (Toad in the Hole)
and Courtnee Pinski (Roots)

Finnish Cedar Sauna
Experience the health benefits of a wood-fired sauna any time you wish throughout your retreat.
To sauna is more than sitting in heat — it’s a shared experience, ritual and culture. Sauna heat increases circulation, promotes a deep cleansing sweat, supports respiratory health, and helps release muscle tension and joint stiffness.
Inside the quiet warmth, your thoughts slow. Focusing on breath becomes effortless, and the flicker of the fire creates a sense of presence and calm.
