Thursday, Sept. 25
4:00 pm: check in
4:30 pm: welcome (living room)
5:30 pm: dinner
6:30 to 8 pm: retreat overview and creativity practices
Friday, Sept. 26
7 am: coffee and tea available
8 to 9:30 am: Yoga for Everyone with Alie McManus
9:45 am: breakfast
10:30 am to noon: Creating good energy smoothies and juices with Cortnee Pinski, owner of Roots Juice in Eagle River, WI
12:15 to 1:15 pm: Pillars of Good Energy discussion (learn about evidence-based practices and share your own wellness journey) with Cindy Conlon
1:30 to 3:30 pm: How Herbs and Nature Support our Path of Well-Being with Jane Hawley Stevens, owner of Four Elements Organics
3:30 pm: tea tasting and meditation
4:30 pm: free time (get outdoors for a walk or try the hot tub or infrared sauna)
5:30 pm: dinner
6:30 to 8 pm: Spirituality and Well-Being with Kim Mantey
